5. Term of Termination.

This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use the www.docapp.in Services or are a Patient/Member. Even after Membership is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect. You may terminate your Membership at any time, for any reason via the close account form in the account section. If Patient will fail to pay any sums due to us as they fall due we will terminate your Membership without notice to you if you. The last sentence is not very clear.

6. Miscellaneous.

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of applicable to agreements made and to be performed in India. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between www.docapp.in and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the party’s obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in an exclusive jurisdiction of Vadodara/Ahmadabad court according to Indian law. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must commence within a (1) year of the claim or cause of action arisen else such claim or cause of action is barred. www.docapp.in failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. www.docapp.in may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

The www.docapp.in reserves the right to make changes in the website, withdraw access to this website, Terminate of membership and revise the services and products described in this website at any time without any previous notice.
